First of all, we owe a large part of our success to our team, our friends, and our family. We would not be where we are today without them. Our team has worked tirelessly and maintained the level of excellence that we expect when we do jobs. Our friends and family have gone above and beyond being quick to refer our company or share our post repeatedly about garage doors. Some of you have done so at a rate that probably caused you to lose some friends (Brian Wilson). Either way, we love you all for your support, and we want you to know that every time you like a post, share it, or tell your friends, we are forever grateful.
Let’s dig into the year and recap the success we had.
We launched Aaron Overhead Doors Atlanta LLC August 1st. It is the 3rd location in the Aaron Overhead Door family. The other two are in Monterey California and San Jose California. Since August, we have installed over 50 garage doors and repaired over 100 garage doors. We sold and installed over 75 LiftMaster garage door openers. We also did a few custom garage doors and custom builds around garage doors.
Our reputation has been the best part. Almost every review online is 5 star with the exception of 2 (1 4 star and 1 1 star). We estimate about 30% of our customers leave us reviews. In order to get that many people to go online and speak positively, it means we are doing what we set out to do.
Our philosophy is and always will be that we are a customer service company first and a garage door company second. Our owner, Ryan Lucia, is dedicated to treating our employees with respect and rewarding them for doing the right thing. He has even rewarded his garage door technicians for finding a better solution for customers even when it’s cheaper.
2015 was kind to us. We won many awards for the year based on our reputation. We achieved Elite Service from HomeAdvisor and many more awards. We achieved and maintained our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau with no complaints.
Because 2015 was so kind to us, we were able to give back. We gave enough to feed over 20 families in need for Thanksgiving with Thanksgiving in a Box. We installed doors for free for people who needed them. Also, we helped a deployed soldier repair his garage door at no cost because his wife was here in the states with her hands full and had a bad day. We were even able to take our team out fishing in Lake Lanier for a day off in the sun.
